Membership Director
Hilary Gustave
membership(at)icfcolorado.org
Hilary Gustave is a Columbia University-certified executive and organizational coach and leadership developer. The name of her company, Chroma Coaching, was inspired by the chromatophores that enable octopuses to change color. "Chroma" reflects what she helps her clients achieve: a vividness of color and purpose that comes from movement out of their ‘gray zone’, and a fluidity and ease in taking on ever-changing environments, challenges, and opportunities in work and life. Hilary seeks to have fun and form meaningful human connections in everything she does. With her background in consulting, consumer innovation, change management, company co-ownership and executive leadership, qualitative research, and nonprofit board service and governance, Hilary is constantly observing the structures, relationships, personalities, and behaviors that drive specific people and groups closer to or further away from their desired outcomes. She then uses these observations to guide and support successful change in each of her clients’ unique contexts. In her spare time, Hilary has more hobbies than she has time for! So, she lets her mood and schedule guide her to everything from reading and sewing to exercising or dusting off her French and Spanish. But, she’s happiest when spending time with her daughter or in nature surrounded by big trees, crisp air, bright stars, and moving water.
Credentialing Director
Dana Breitenstein, PCC
credentialing(at)icfcolorado.org
Dana's entire career has been dedicated to global talent development partnering with Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries. She is a Professional Certified Coach and her particular interest and area of expertise is global leadership, virtual teams and culture transformation. Originally from the US, Dana has a Masters degree from Columbia University in Organizational Development and was based in Hong Kong for 25 years. She has also lived and worked in Sweden and Japan and traveled extensively to over 60 countries around the world. A passionate mountaineer, Dana often shares a metaphor of climbing a mountain to achieve a stretch goal her clients are working towards. This mountain metaphor becomes a reality when Dana's clients choose to have their coaching sessions on a hiking trail. Coaching in fresh air, surrounded by nature, is a sure fire way to find clarity, clear obstacles and to move forward with purpose.

Strategic Partnerships Director
Chad Manifold, PCC, CISSP, PMP
strategic.partnerships(at)icfcolorado.org
I want to help ICF-CO members expand our individual and collective capacity
to serve Colorado non-profits and educational institutions. While we’ve
partnered with fabulous institutions and organizations, there are opportunities
to help NPOs and their leaders thrive through these fiscally challenging times.
My clients appreciate the thought-provoking questions that allow them to
clarify their goals and how to proceed, personally and professionally, to
fine-tune their organization. Many of my clients find that assessments give
them increased language to create better cultures. I am certified to coach in
Gallup CliftonStrengths, GiANT Worldwide, and WhyInstitute. In addition to
growing my coaching practice, I serve in the AF Reserve and am an active
coach in the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI) and the Department of the Air
Force’s coaching cadre.
Air Force career highlights include graduating as a Communications Squadron
Commander and serving a three-month deployment to Iraq. I enjoy spending
time with family and friends and being outside in the Colorado Rockies. In a
previous life, I completed eight marathons, four 50-mile footraces and a
140.6-mile triathlon. These days, I enjoy slightly shorter runs with my wife and
kids.
