ICF Colorado REFUND POLICY
What is the refund policy for ICF Colorado membership and registrations?
The ICF Colorado membership (Members and Affiliates) is a non-tangible product; therefore, we do not issue refunds once membership is purchased.
We know life doesn't always go to plan. Because we make commitments for each event ahead of time (catering, venues and speakers) based on who has registered, event registrations are non-refundable.
And if something unexpected has come up, please reach out to us at admin@icfcolorado.org. We're always happy to talk it through.
If ICF Colorado needs to cancel an event, or you were charged the wrong registration rate, we'll make that right with a full refund or a refund of the difference.
