The Purpose of the ICF Colorado:
We are creating a community of better coaches to enhance the lives of people in Colorado
and in the world.
The Mission of the ICF Colorado:
To enhance the professionalism and mastery of coaching in Colorado, and to support
our members in successful navigation of their coaching journey.
Pillars of Focus that make the purpose true:
- Make people aware of what’s available and invite them in.
- Create opportunities for learning and building greater skill.
- Create connection, belonging and community.
- Actively recruit members to contribute – bring in strengths and expertise that match our needs.
- Measure what we’re doing.
- Proactively collaborate to create a more effective team.
- Help our members create a sustainable and fulfilling coaching practice.

Our Strategic Partnership work and the PR plan are integral parts of this process.
To Preserve the integrity of the coaching profession, we develop standards for ethical conduct
and become models of authenticity in our community.
We Support by actively researching and developing member programs and becoming
a strong (and unified) voice for the coaching profession.
We are available and responsive to our members and encourage
