This Learning Group is designed by Tony Latimer, who presented to ICF Colorado in May, 2024. Tony is a Master Coach who trains coaches at all levels through his Simplicity of Mastery program. This Learning Group trains coaches to become masterful coaches.
Have you ever sat through a coaching session and different pieces of advice keep popping into your head?
Learn how to turn those pieces of advice into masterful questions that provoke a new awareness and fresh thinking in your coachees!
Level up your coaching skills with this Learning Group session. Faced with real-life situations, learn from how your fellow coaches see the situation. Let the diverse perspectives generate fresh thinking within you as a coach too!
To maximize your learning, prepare a topic to be coached on for this session. Even if you are not selected as the coaches in this session, your learning will be enhanced as your subconscious thinks through your topic even as the group and you are consciously working with the coaches.
About Your Facilitators:

Rachel Claret
While Rachel Claret hasn't earned her ACC yet, she's been exposed to the coaching and the personal growth industry for most of her life. She learned from her therapist (and coaching) parents, that "people aren't crazy. They just don't know how to do things." She approaches her coaching practice the same way - with an open attitude and a capacity for holding space for whatever people show up with. She's been a regular participant and facilitator-in-training for the Speed of Thought process and is excited to see Tony's work carried forward.
