Description:
Coaching in a corporate environment, or through a coaching contractor, brings necessary constraints. Prescribed models, standard processes, employer expectations, pre-determined goals, psychometric and sociometric assessments... any or all of these may suggest that you must put your intuition and artistry to one side, in order to fulfill corporate expectations. However, the power of your coaching lies in a potent blend of structure and freedom; shared process and individual expression.
During this interactive event, you will explore how you can bring your own personal intuition and artistry into your coaching, bringing your whole self into play. This session is an opportunity for all members of our community to look back over 2025 and ahead to 2026, with a view to expressing your own unique personality and values within your coaching – even in highly constrained and structured settings.
Note: The Education Leadership Team will be facilitating in-person, and Zora will be presenting virtually.
About Our Speaker:
Sara "Zora" Boas, MCC, has over 35 years of coaching experience across 130 countries. A pioneer of the profession, she founded her coaching business in 1987, several years before the founding of the ICF, and continues to serve corporate and institutional clients worldwide. Alongside, her LIFEdance Community and Academy bring individual coaches and leaders together for personal and professional growth, mentor coaching, masterclasses, leadership education, and ICF-accredited coach education, all guided by the motto, "Live your dance, Dance your life!"
