Discover the transformative power of Ontological Coaching! This group is designed for coaches who are curious about exploring the intersections of language, emotions, and body to support profound client shifts. Together, we’ll delve into the ontological perspective, a coaching approach that goes beyond solving surface issues to uncovering deeper ways of being.
Participants will engage in experiential learning, reflective discussions, and practical exercises to sharpen their coaching presence and intuition. This group is perfect for ICF coaches at any level who are committed to deepening their practice and creating lasting change for their clients.
If you’re ready to expand your coaching toolkit with techniques that help clients navigate identity, self-awareness, and transformative action, this group is for you. Leave with tools to integrate ontological principles into your work and elevate your coaching mastery!
Key Learning Points:
Participants will learn the foundational principles of Ontological Coaching, exploring the interplay of language, emotions, and the body to uncover and shift limiting ways of being. The group will cover topics such as speech acts, the linguistic reconstruction of emotions, and Ken Wilber's Four Quadrant model, among others. Participants will develop a greater coaching presence and gain practical tools for fostering deeper self-awareness and sustainable transformation in their clients. These strategies can be applied both personally and professionally to break through barriers, deepen resilience, and elevate their coaching impact.
Experiential Learning:
I will support experiential learning by fostering dynamic conversations around key ontological coaching topics and guiding participants through experiential exercises that deepen their understanding. The group will serve as a collaborative space for exploring concepts such as speech acts and the linguistic reconstruction of emotions in a practical and engaging way. Through group sharing and reflective discussions, participants will connect the material to their own coaching practice, gaining valuable insights and applications in a supportive learning environment.
