This group is for anybody interested in Team or Group Coaching. In 2024 Linda Rad and Nancy Benthien facilitated a team coaching group designed to explore, learn and practice the body of knowledge on team coaching. In 2025, this group will build on that foundation and learn from experienced coaches through case studies and real-life examples of team coaching and the impact on individuals and organizations. Each month will feature a different coach and different scenarios.
Experienced team and group coaches, beginners and those who are curious about this growing field of coaching are encourage to join. You will have an opportunity to share your insights, get help with your coaching challenges and ask questions.

b. Network and connect with practicing team and group coaches and featured speakers through lectures, small group discussions and paired problem solving.

Facilitator:
Annette Pilkington, ACC
As a dedicated advocate for individuals across business, higher education, and government sectors, Annette is deeply passionate about empowering people to lead fulfilling and impactful lives. She is ACC, NCC, and CPQC certified and specializes in positive intelligence and ontological coaching, serving as a coach, mentor, and group facilitator.
Her professional journey began at Columbia University School of Law, where she guided students in discovering their ideal career paths. She has supported women students, faculty, and staff at a STEM university in Colorado and currently coaches individuals through Spring Health, Grays Peak and JMD Consulting. Her diverse experience spans entrepreneurship, parenting, community volunteering, and administration. Along the way, she was honored with awards for outstanding mentoring and DI&A employee engagement.
Trained at the Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado, she is committed to helping individuals uncover their unique paths to success, effectiveness, and happiness. She employs a variety of assessment tools, including Positive Intelligence (PQ) and CoreStrengths 2.0, to help clients understand their motivations, strengths, and challenges.
Through coaching, she inspires clients to envision new possibilities and develop essential skills in conflict management, communication, time management, career planning, leadership development, mindfulness, and the pursuit of peace and happiness. Her mission is to illuminate the path to personal and professional growth, enabling individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
