ICF Colorado's Executive Coaches are gathering monthly to offer an exclusive community and collaboration while presenting opportunities for new knowledge, challenging experiences, and cross-networking. Let’s take 2018 to a whole new level!

We'll discuss professional goals, marketing niches, coaching techniques, frameworks and tools, best business practices, and more.

Monthly video conference meetings and a few in-person get-togethers during the year.

About Michelle Sugerman, PMP, PCC:
With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge, Michelle saves corporations millions of dollars by helping leaders refine their strategy, inspire their teams, and delight their clients. She has a formal background in technology, franchise, and project management and sees the challenge of implementing best practices and scaling towards sustainable success. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Michelle holds the second highest globally-recognized credential, in addition to an Executive Coaching Certification (CEC) and the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Her 13+ years of ‘ninja style’ executive coaching and consulting is legendary, as is my sense of humor and ability to bring relief and insight to complex and frustrating, uh… ‘opportunities’!  Michelle is native to Colorado and enjoy hiking fourteeners and windsurfing. She loves discussing business strategy with her husband of 20 years and has an insatiable curiosity for ‘how things work’. About Nathan Weigelt, ACC:

Nathan began his journey with the U.S. Air Force and later transitioned to a successful career with the National Security Agency. Nathan held several positions as an analyst, staff officer, supervisor, trainer, and the director of the Training and Education department. He and his family enjoyed the rewarding experience of living overseas and embracing different cultures. Nathan also supported military units and national-level decision makers while deployed to combat and hardship locations within his career. Nathan holds a TS/SCI clearance with the Department of Defense.  Nathan received his degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and also completed studies at the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College. Nathan is a life-long learner who strives to achieve his full potential for himself and his clients.  Nathan enjoys life in Colorado with his wife Denise. Their two adult children live exciting lives I California. Nathan loves hiking, camping, and history, and he routinely fights his nemesis…peanut M&Ms. Website:
